Warranty Policy.
5d2 Percussion warrants to the original end user customer or purchaser of this Product ("You”) that the Product is free from material defects and workmanship, subject to the conditions stated herein. In the event 5d2 Percussion determines, in its sole discretion, that the Product suffers from material defects in manufacture and does not substantially conform to the published specifications under normal use, for as long as You own the Product, and subject to the conditions and exceptions stated in this Agreement, 5d2 Percussion will, repair or replace the Product with new or refurbished Product of equal or greater capacity and functionality. In the case of replacements, 5d2 Percussion may replace Your Product with one that was previously used, repaired and tested to meet 5d2 Percussion specifications. This warranty is provided only to You and is not transferable. Proof of purchase may be required. THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS 5d2 Percussion's ENTIRE LIABILITY AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT. 5d2 Percussion DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL 5d2 PERCUSSION, ITS SUPPLIERS OR ANY AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, ANY FINANCIAL LOSS OR ANY LOST DATA OR FILES, EVEN IF 5d2 PERCUSSION HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE AND NOTWITHSTANDING THE FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY LIMITED REMEDY. IN NO EVENT WILL 5d2 PERCUSSION’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT. THESE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

This warranty guards the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase.

This warranty is subject to the following conditions:
1) Warranty registration card must be completed and mailed to 5d2 with copy of sales receipt within ten (10) days of purchase. 2) 5d2 retains the option to repair or replace the product if it should become defective. 3) AII shipping costs are to be paid by customer. 5d2 cannot assume responsibility for damages or losses incurred in transit. 4) Copy of Warranty Registration card and copy of original sales receipt must accompany the product in the event of a claim. Please keep a copy of warranty card and sales receipt for your record in case of future claim. 5) The limitations of the warranty are as follows and may vary where applicable by law:
a) Wear from normal use;
Heads
Plating of metal parts finishes
b) Misuse, abuse or accidental damage;
c) Cracking of wood, platings or finishes
d) Any modifications from standard specifications.
